Elastic Tapes VIFLO®: FIR Technology for Cycling | Nastrotex-Cufra
Nastrotex-Cufra presents the new collection of VIFLO® elastic ribbons, developed for the world of technical sportswear and, in particular, for applications in cycling.
The collection was born from the meeting between our experience in the production of Made in Italy elastic ribbons and VIFLO® Technology, a technology based on the integration of FIR (Far Infrared) yarn within the product structure.

The heart of the collection is the VIFLO® yarn, developed through FIR technology and integrated into our technical elastic ribbons.
The goal is to bring this technology into specific components of sportswear, transforming a functional element such as elastic tape into an active part of the technical project.
VIFLO® technology thus fits into a new generation of sportswear solutions, where materials, construction and technologies can work together to develop increasingly advanced garments.
VIFLO® elastic bands for cycling
Cycling is one of the main applications of the new collection. In cycling garments, elastic bands play a fundamental role: they must ensure elasticity, stability, comfort and a correct fit even during prolonged activities.
For this reason, we have developed various interpretations of our technical ribbons with VIFLO® yarn, including solutions dedicated to bibshort braces, leg bottoms and applications in direct contact with the body.
The technology is integrated into different constructions, maintaining the possibility of working on widths, colors, graphics and customizations depending on the project.
From technology to product
The VIFLO® elastic ribbons collection was born from the desire to apply innovative technology to concrete products and already part of technical clothing.
The combination of VIFLO® yarn, elastic constructions, and customization options allows for the development of specific solutions for sportswear brands and manufacturers, while maintaining attention to the technical characteristics required by the final garment.
