pursuant to EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree no. 196/2016 as amended (Privacy Code) and in relation to the personal data concerning you and subject to processing for newsletter subscription, we inform you as follows.
Your personal data (identifying and contact data) will be processed by NASTROTEX-CUFRA SPA, with its legal office at 24050 – Covo (BG), Via SS Soncinese 498, No. 2, Tax Code 01613040169 and VAT No. 01613040169, contact: privacy@nastrotex-cufra.it, in its capacity as Data Controller, for informational and promotional purposes, such as sending newsletters and commercial/promotional communications via email regarding the services and products offered by our company. The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the data subject (optional and revocable at any time). Providing your data is optional for the execution of the above-mentioned purposes, but failure to provide the data may result in our company being unable to process your newsletter subscription request.
Your personal data will be processed both manually and electronically and will be stored until the data subject requests to unsubscribe from the newsletter service.
Your personal data will be processed by subjects specifically appointed by the Data Controller as data processors and/or by those who act under its authority (so-called authorized persons for processing) and who have access to personal data; these subjects will process your data only when necessary in relation to the purposes of the provision and only within the scope of the tasks assigned to them by the Data Controller, committing to process only the data necessary for the performance of those tasks and to perform only the operations necessary for their execution.
Additionally, your personal data may be communicated to external companies or professionals who carry out specific tasks on behalf of the Data Controller (e.g., website managers, mailing service providers, providers of management/maintenance/implementation services for corporate IT systems, etc.) only when communication of your personal data is necessary or otherwise functional to pursue the above purposes.
The Data Controller may transfer personal data to a third country or international organization; in such cases, the Data Controller is committed to ensuring that the processing is carried out only with appropriate guarantees.
Such data will not be subject to dissemination and will be subject to appropriate security procedures. We inform you that you have the right to be informed about the processing of your data, to access your data at any time, and to request its update, integration, or rectification. You also have the right to request the deletion of your data, to object to its processing, or to request its limitation, as well as to withdraw your consent. Where the conditions provided for by the law apply, the data subject may also have the right to data portability and not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing.
