In the field of technical sports footwear, we produce custom-made elastic tapes for the customer with the aim of solving technical needs and improving the fit by aiming at increasing performance and comfort.
They can be made in a wide variety of thickness sizes, colours and compositions.
On request they can also be made with recycled yarn and GRS certification.
Products
Classic (basic)
Must-Haves for any footwear. We call them classic or basic because they are our ongoing continuously produced elastic tapes, which act as a basis and starting point for all the additional processes that we can provide. They are generally plain or striped elastic with weft and warp effects that generate interesting relief textures. They can be made in thickness sizes from 6 to 500 mm.
Jacquard
Customized elastic tapes with a logo or embroidered design. They can be made in different types, thickness sizes and compositions.
They can be made in thickness sizes from 10 to 120 mm.
Non-slip
Elastic tapes with non-slip characteristics suitable for cases where slipping must be prevented. This type of finish can be made in weft using rubber with a gripping element, or through silicone applications which can be graphics, drawings or writings
Reflective
Elastic or rigid tapes with reflective details. Various types of tape can be applied as required. The refraction can be created by adding a reflective foil or, for those looking for something more refined and high quality, through the use of refracting yarn directly in weaving.
Y-shaped elastic
Elastic ribbons with a double lip and are used for beading. They can be customized in jacquard, printed or even siliconized.
Folded
Elastic tapes typically called needle drops or drop stitches, they have the particularity that they can be folded. They are used for beading. They can be made in different qualities and can have silicone and reflective details, they can be customized with jacquard prints or embroidered.
Small format
Both elastic and rigid tapes such as cords, profiles, tapes, buckles and straps.
